ANSYS Mechanical

ANSYS offers several tools for structural mechanics, explicit dynamics, fluid dynamics and thermal simulation capabilities.  These tools also include ANSYS Workbench and CAD import tools.  Solid modelling and meshing (ICEMCFD). Most of the solver applications can be run on the HPC clusters.

Ansys Electromagnetics

Ansys Electromagnetics includes tools for simulating high-frequency, signal integrity, RF, microwave, millimeter-wave device and other electronic engineering simulation capabilities. EMIT HFSS Maxwell Savant SI Wave

Abaqus

Abaqus is part of the SIMULIA suite of tools from 3DS. Abaqus can be used to perform a variety of analyses in solid and structural mechanics as well as some types of fluid dynamics.
